We bring the full spectrum of financial leadership tools, insight and experience.  You can expect to receive from us the detailed cash flow management, financial statements, strategic business planning assistance, monitoring against Key Performance Indicators, analysis of business operations and bank relation management that companies with full time CFO’s have come to expect.

We have found that we provide the greatest value for businesses that have both the vision and finances to engage us for a minimum of 8-10 hours per week. Under this threshold we can provide some benefit on a project by project basis, but we do not develop enough knowledge and insight of your business to operate as a full member of your team. 

As a strategic leader, our role allows you to look up from the busyness of the daily tasks to build a sound and appropriate strategic plan. We work closely with you and your team to set goals and objectives and adhere to the plan by consistently measuring progress and making informed judgments as the year unfolds. We want to be in the midst of problem solving when plans are not on course and bring insight and best practices to help you develop and implement the plans necessary to lead your company to success.

We work for companies with bookkeeping already in place that we can use to evaluate and monitor your business’s progress toward stated goals.  Additionally, while we have a solid background in and understanding of tax law and guidelines, we are not tax preparers. We will work closely with your tax professional and ensure your business’s strategic plans consider tax issues. Some of our referral sources are tax practices that have worked with us in the past and have seen firsthand what value we can bring to their clients.

Finally, our goal is to work ourselves out of a job. Our ultimate success is to help you grow your company and strengthen your bottom line, both social and financial. Once achieved, we look forward to the search and successfully hiring of, a full-time financial executive. Meanwhile, we are committed to scaling our hours up as your business needs dictate.
